Testimonials

"I want to reach out and let you know about the positive experience I had at the Paracelsus Klinik. And also to thank you for your generous help and guidance before my trip.

My time at the Klinik was very intense and was not very easy, but your advice to try to get an earlier admission date by scheduling with Dr. Frank Pleus was the key to my amazing experience.

After 3 years of being so sick that I was close to non-functioning, I now have my life back again. I attribute most of that to Dr. Pleus, who is hands-down the best physician I have ever worked with. His creativity and brilliance have turned problems into solutions and I am forever grateful that our paths have crossed. His kindness and patience allowed me to communicate with him with honesty and confidence as my treatments progressed. It is due to his incredible intelligence and openness that my healing has occurred.

It has been 3 months now since I have returned from the Klinik and I am doing a very rigorous at-home protocol with 4 IVs a week and a blood-ozone transfusion weekly and Infrared Sauna and cupping and lymphatic drainage and many more treatments and (of course) supplements, supplements, supplements.

The miracle is that I am feeling so much better!

I am continuing with my protocol and, although it is very hard work, I am reaping the daily rewards of living again. It is amazing how I used to take for granted so many little things like carrying my own purse and putting on my own jacket and opening the door to my refrigerator. Now, as I accomplish each of these tasks I celebrate. Life has become joyful again.

Thank you for all of your help in making my journey easier and for your kindness and patience. Paracelsus is very lucky to have you on board.

With gratitude,"

Layne Pecoff, Paracelsus Klinik patient.

"In early October, at the age of 31, I was diagnosed with colon cancer. I met with many doctors and found that their suggestions for treatment were all very similar. The traditional method of treating this form of cancer is chemotherapy and radiation, followed by surgery. Due to the location of my tumor the radiation therapy would severely damage my reproductive organs leaving me unable to conceive or carry a pregnancy to term. Another side effect of both chemotherapy and radiation is secondary cancer, and due to my young age, I could expect to deal with cancer again within 10 years. As my husband Matthew and I were at the cusp of delving into parenthood, this news was devastating and drove me to start researching alternative methods of treating this disease. A family friend connected me with Barabara Christian at the Biological Medicine Network. Without ever meeting her face to face she did so much on my behalf. Always helping me to get in contact with the right people and being there for support when I was feeling lost and helpless. With the help of the Biological Medicine Network, I was able to travel to the Paracelsus Klinik in Switzerland which takes a natural, non-toxic approach to healing. They focused on bringing my whole body back into health, not just eradicating the cancer at any cost. This life changing trip would not have possible without the generous scholarship that I was granted, and for this, not only am I eternally grateful, but my family is as well. The Biological Medicine Network has literally been a lifesaver for me and I don't know where I would be today if it were not for their continuing support. This organization is a treasure, rife with a wealth of knowledge, connections and support systems ready to guide people in need to a state of well-being, in a natural way, which respects these wonderful miraculous bodies we inhabit. Healthcare by and large is missing these valuable tenets that the Biological Medicine Network strives, and succeeds, to uphold."

"My name is Judy Nachenberg. I was diagnosed with ductal carcinoma in situ in my right breast in 1997 and soon after with an invasive tumor in my left breast. I had surgical excisions on the right breast and a lumpectomy on the left breast. My doctors wanted me to follow up with either radiation of both breasts or a double mastectomy.
I started researching hundreds of natural medicine modalities for cancer, and I kept coming back to biological medicine. Rudolph Steiner's theories and practice of biological medicine resonated with me. Finding biological medicine was a revelatory turning point for me -from overwhelming and uncertainty to sharp clarity and focus.
I started working with a biological medicine practitioner in the San Francisco Bay Area, and continued with this for over 10 years, with clear reports the whole time. (I did not have radiation or mastectomies.) In 2010, after a period of stress with my mother's health problems, I became run down and learned that I had a recurrence of DCIS in the right breast. My biological doctor recommended that I contact the Biological Medicine Network and go for treatment at the Paracelsus Clinic in Switzerland. I called and talked with Barbara Christian, director of the Biological Medicine Network. Barbara has been a great friend every step of the way. She guided me in learning more about biological medicine through the Biological Medicine Network, supported me in applying to the Clinic, helped me access the patient fund, answered every question I had, and stayed connected to me throughout my preparations to leave and throughout my treatment. With all the stress around having cancer, I could not have done this without her.
It's only because of Barbara and the generosity of the family that raised the funds for the patient fund that I was able to go for treatment at the Clinic. I couldn't believe that this trip was becoming a reality.
I felt the same comfort and caring the minute I walked through the front door at the Paracelsus Clinic. Dr. Pleus was my doctor. He is in a class by himself. His dedication to his patients, vast knowledge, insightfulness, and sensitivity to everything his patients were going through made my treatment with him one of the peak experiences of my life. I will always think of him with awe and gratitude. I had three meetings with Dr. Thomas Rau. He is the genius who has gathered the most highly evolved doctors and staff and created this amazing Clinic. He also educates other health practitioners around the world. Dr. Andys is the world's greatest dentist! He painlessly took care of some serious dental problems with skill and speed. These dental problems were a grave threat to my immune system. I loved my dental appointments! I love the nursing staff and the physical therapy staff -I love the entire staff! I felt I was at home with my family.
Last, but not least, the beauty of Switzerland -the mountains, clear air and water -are healing in themselves.
My only problem was that I felt so excellent and connected by the end of my treatments that I didn't want to leave! I am so fortunate that I found biological medicine and I am so grateful for this whole dream.
To you who made this experience a reality for me, it is impossible for me to express my gratitude, because it is infinite."
-Judy Nachenberg, Paracelsus Klinik patient. April, 2012.
